Employee Events & Engagement
At SAP NS2, we have three official Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) which are voluntary, employee-driven groups for individuals who want to build and expand their networks within SAP NS2. They are designed to foster personal and professional development, provide forums for connection and creativity, and contribute to overall company success.
From virtual bingo to professional development sessions to group cooking classes, ERGs host fun employee events year-round. When you join our team, there’s never a shortage of ways to connect with your colleagues. We offer a mix of in-person and virtual events so everyone has an opportunity to make meaningful connections.

How We Give Back
NS2 Serves was created as an independent, nonprofit organization dedicated to training and employing Veterans in high-tech careers. We empower veterans with valuable, no-cost IT training and employment support to help them transition to civilian careers they love. Learn more about our nonprofit organization here.
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) coordinate community outreach activities throughout the year, benefitting a wide range of nonprofits.
SAP NS2 Together, our Corporate Social Responsibility program, offers employees the chance to participate in engaging and impactful volunteer activities all throughout the year, enabling them to both make a social impact and develop their capacity for empathy and leadership.
