Cassandra Huguelet

Cassandra is the Enterprise Program Manager for the Michigan Department of Treasury, leading the conversion and modernization of legacy systems for Individual Income Tax Processing, Collections, Garnishments and Levies to SAP S/4.

With over 20 years’ experience as an IT consultant responsible for implementing several ERP and large-scale government systems, Cassandra joined the State of Michigan in 2015 to lead the SAP Tax Revenue portfolio for the Department of Technology, Management and Budget. During her tenure, she has been passionate about driving change across the organization to maximize the State’s technology investments.

Jason leads Deloitte Government & Public Services ERP portfolio and has 30+ years’ experience with large scale digital transformation programs. He has advised 150+ organizations, including many who partner with SAP NS2. He is also faculty in the MBA program at Florida Atlantic University, a former SAP VP of public sector solutions, and an Army veteran.

Hunter Downey

Hunter is the Go-To-Market Cloud Vice President for the Secure Cloud portfolio. He has been with SAP for over 12 years and has extensive experience with different solutions including ERP, Business Intelligence, HANA and cloud architecture. His role focuses on helping Federal and Aerospace & Defense customers understand the process and benefits of moving into the cloud. He also has deep knowledge of different cloud hyperscalers including Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.

Ron Lloyd

Admiral Ron Lloyd retired in 2019 after a 38 year career in the Royal Canadian Navy. During his last six years in the RCN, he led the organization’s digital transformation efforts.

He attributes embracing a “People First, Mission Always” culture as being instrumental in the RCN being recognized by Forbes in 2019 as one of Canada’s Best Employers in the Public Sector, the first time ever for the RCN and the only organization in Defence to be so recognized.

Since retirement, Ron continues to try and “make a difference” by providing strategic advice to organizations that are dedicated to bettering the lives of Canadians, whether in Defence and Security or in the public sector.

Joseph Moreno

Joe is the General Counsel of SAP National Security Services.

Prior to joining NS2, he was a Global Litigation partner with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in the firm’s New York and Washington DC offices. Joe has more than twenty years of experience advising clients in the defense, technology, cybersecurity and financial services sectors on complex litigation, regulatory and compliance matters.

He is an internationally recognized practitioner and has frequently appeared on BBC, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other networks to comment on national security and law enforcement topics.

Doug Lemott

Doug is Vice President, Cloud Engineering and Operations at NS2 and is responsible for setting application security standards, defining security best practices for managing cloud applications, and evaluating tooling to help enhance NS2’s secure cloud offerings. Previously, he was the Director, Security and Compliance for the Government, Education, and Healthcare sector at VMware, Inc. He provided strategic guidance to define corporate and business unit priorities for VMware product offerings and services to achieve and maintain cybersecurity and compliance requirements across regulated markets. He is a retired Marine officer with an extensive background in IT management, cybersecurity, network/security operations, governance, and compliance
