POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Secure HANA Cloud (SHC) Sales Manager will lead a team of dedicated Cloud Sales Directors (CSDs) whose purpose is to integrate with the Regulated Industries and NS2 sales teams focusing on selling SAP SHC. This individual would help the CSDs to identify and develop SHC projects, conduct and manage effective sales cycles and establish and ensure customer satisfaction through strong execution presence and integration directly with customers. He or she would drive team targets and have integrated relationships with Services and License groups.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Cloud Sales Director Team to Outstanding Results

  • Responsible for executing and driving growth against set targets
  • Drive Pipeline and Demand Generation
  • Ability to develop the big picture to serve the customers’ strategic objectives
  • Strong skills in talking about and developing use cases on Digital Transformation
  • Coach team members in developing the opportunities, empower accountability, develop and manage employees’ growth and skill sets
  • Be a Trusted Advisor and “Talk to Business”
  • Deal with LOB, Executive level stakeholders/ buying centers internally and externally
  • Establish and maintain powerful long-term relationships
  • Manage escalations effectively
  • Facilitate alignment between services and license for effective Account Planning and Strategy
  • Effective management of the relevant partners
  • Tight liaison within Services and License organizations
  • Financial management reporting based on forecast and budgeting
  • Enforce strategic selling across own unit

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in US National Security, Technology Sales
  • Sales Leadership experience (3+ years)
  • Knowing or having successful experience in multi-channel go to market models
  • Understanding the principles of solution selling through Partners
  • Knowledge of Cloud Service Providers (e.g. Virtustream, AWS, Azure), including their respective strengths and weaknesses
  • Local market knowledge
  • Business level English
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • All internals must have manager’s approval to transfer
