We are looking for a Systems Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.  You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security. Qualified systems engineers will have a background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.

  • Provide active support of Sales and Delivery Engagement activities to enable customer success
  • Ensure realization of utilization and margin targets
  • Support the design, development and effective management of a strong consulting team
  • Outline vision for, prioritize, facilitate and manage practice growth activities in alignment with skills transformation objectives
  • Direct/collaborate with practice leads to lead knowledge management initiatives regarding the development and sharing of intellectual property
  • Support knowledge sharing initiatives (i.e. Focus Groups, FSP Moderators, Mentoring, Education, etc.)
  • Manage related budgets & distribution of IO to consultants for practice mgmt initiatives
  • Ensure realization of objectives related to Customer Satisfaction
  • Perform Supply, Demand and Forecast (skill gap planning) Management
  • Coordinate project staffing in close contact with Resource Management
  • Harmonize decisions across multiple opinions across competing organizations
  • Support Services-related systems and other Internal systems (i.e. Portal and servers operating)

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a Senior or Expert position in the operational business
  • Ability to drive execution within area of responsibility and experience in aligning cross-topic objectives & approaches
  • Experience in strategic thinking and conceptual design of complex projects & programs
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP and Cloud solutions and respective industry business process understanding
  • Experience in customer interaction

Managerial Experience
